英语故事《A Little Hero》小英雄
名字叫Edgar Plans作品名称叫Game on Little Hero系列。
(3)@ a little off
"A little off" is from the movie " Hero".
This film is about an aging actor who finds out he has cancer.
He wants to act in another movie before he dies.
One of the most popular actors in the 1970s, Mr. Lee Hayden.
We loveyou , Lee. I love you , too.
I'm nothing without all of you . Are you trying to give me a heart attack?
That was a cop knock. Are you OK?
You seem a little off. So what do you think " a little off" means?
Is it you are not your normal self or are you off from work ?
If you are " a little off", you are not your normal self and not in a good way.
You might seem unusually: unhappy, nevours, sick or mad.
In the movie, the younger man thought his friend seemed differ.
So when he said, " You seem a little off," he wanted to know if something was wrong.

The equity markets showcased a dramatic correction for severally plausible reasons that have made retail investors skittish. Retail investors stuck a lackluster consensus about a weaker starting of this year, slowdown in economic growth and stagnation of consumption over the past more than two months. Who’s the hero, who’s the bear in this situation based upon the current trajectory of equity markets, hinges entirely upon your perspective. Nevertheless, there is little doubt that China’s economy is in trouble now, not out of the woods yet, and will be significantly improved after ameliorating the tenaciously mercurial coronavirus pandemic in parts of the country. The stellar trajectory of the US equity markets has become a symbol of economic prosperity. Average investors looked on with a mix of jealousy and admiration as the US equity markets have jumpstarted ascent in recent trading sessions. The Nasdaq index are keeping tech sector soaring with no signs of stopping. The US economy should have rid out the tenaciously mercurial coronavirus pandemic that stoked consternation about a slow activities in the entity economy, unremitting increase interest rates by the Federal Reserve and a drastic turbulence in the equity markets. Interest rate hikes have been ended in recent trading sessions by the Federal Reserve that has reinstated a cycle of interest rate hikes as uncertainty surrounding geopolitical conflicts between Russia and Ukraine has exacerbated, yet the U.S. equity markets audaciously rose in a row for days and remained strongly tenacious and resilient.

Slack ~ Unsung
1. Slack ~ adj. Not showing enough care, not showing enough care, attention, or rigor. i.e. They've been rather slack about keeping to performance targets. If you slow down at the end of a race, you slack off. When you use slack this way, it means to reduce your speed, to be sluggish, or to be negligent. If something is loose, it's also said to be slack. A clothesline, for example, is slack if it is just hanging loosely between two trees. If you pull the clothesline tight, you reduce the slack. When you scold your friend for being careless about his responsibilities, you can say, "Pick up the slack!"
2. Unsung ~ adj. Not celebrated or praised. Unsung is used to describe people, things, or places that are not appreciated or praised, although you think they deserve to be. i.e. They are among the unsung heroes of our time. Deserving but not receiving honor or public praise.
